Jessica is a proud life-long Maine native, having grown up in Central Maine and currently residing in Oakland.

With almost two decades of experience, Jessica has spent her entire career in Maine real estate. Prior to joining Pouliot Real Estate in 2022, she spent 15 years at Century 21 Surette Real Estate where she was recognized as Maine Rookie of the Year and was the recipient of the Quality Service Award. She has accumulated a wide variety of transaction experiences across residential, waterfront, commercial, land, estate and short sales, and has developed valuable relationships with area professionals including lenders, contractors, and lawyers throughout the state. While you might often find her between the slopes of Sugarloaf and the boats of Belgrade Lakes, she is confident in serving all of Maine’s beautiful regions.

Jessica is most passionate about bringing her depth of experience to her clients to help them navigate what is a complex, challenging, and financially significant investment. She takes the time to understand her client’s goals and support them throughout the entire process. She is excited to join Pouliot Real Estate and continue her commitment for superior service alongside a passionate group of real estate experts.

Jessica lives with her husband, Nate, daughter, Harper, and chocolate lab, Maple. She enjoys spending her time boating, golfing, and skiing with her family and friends.
